What is Gluten?

Gluten is a protein found in certain grains including, wheat, barley, rye, spelt, semolina, farro,

bulgur, durum, and kamut.

What is Celiac Disease?

Celiac Disease is an autoimmune condition that affects a person's gastrointestinal tract. A person with Celiac Disease cannot consume anything with Gluten.

What is a Gluten-Free item/product?

A Gluten Free item or product is made without any Gluten containing grains.

 What kind of bakeshop do you have?

I work out of my home therefor this is a home bake shop. I am registered in N.Y state as a home processor. For more information visit Home Processing | Agriculture and Markets (ny.gov)

Are you a walk-in bakery?

No.  As a home bakeshop, everything is made to order, and I operate by order only. Pick up is every Friday from 6-8 pm and Saturdays between 10am-12 pm.  Please read the Policies page for more information.

Is your bake shop a dedicated gluten-free place?

Yes! I do not work with any Gluten containing products! Even while baking at home, I do not allow Gluten of any sort in my kitchen.

Where are you located?

I am located in South Buffalo. Please understand that because I work in my home, my actual address will be provided once an order is placed.

Do you deliver?

Delivery fees begin at $1.50 per mile. Please note additional delivery fees apply for deliveries to a venue or for custom cake orders.
